COUNTY OPPOSITION (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DARGAVILLE, Wednesday Following opposition expressed by a member of the Hobson County Council yesterday, unanimous opposition to the Kaipara Hospital Board's proposals to spend £25,000 was expressed by the Otamatea County Council. The following motion was carried unanimously. “That this council is opposed to the proposals of the Kaipara Hospital Board to raise a £25.000 loan for a building at Te Kopuru, and considers that if extra accommodation is necessary.* the money should be spent to erect in permanent materials a building on a site in Dargaville.”
