BRITAIN AND ARGENTINA ADVANCEMENT OF CREDITS (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 12 It is officially announced that the Argentine and British Governments are studying an agreement under which Argentina will make available to Britain a credit of from £30,000,000 to £40.000.000 for the purchase of meats and grains. British-owned railroads and packing houses in Argentina would be security for the credits advanced.
