CANADA AND THE AMERICAS MUTUAL RELATIONS PROPOSED (United Press Assn—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgit) (Received August 7, 3.15 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, August 6 M. Cantilo stated that Argentina has suggested to Canada that they should establish mutual diplomatic relations. He said the move was intended to facilitate commercial exchanges in view of the war situation. OTTAWA, August 6 Mr MacKenzie King, the Prime Minister, told the House of Commons that he had received proposals to establish diplomatic relations in a definite form from one and tentatively from several American Republics.
