YOUNG PEOPLE’S CLUB

SOCIAL AT NGAHINAPOURI The fortnightly meeting of the Ngahinapouri Young People’s Club was held on Thursday evening and took the form of a guest night. There was a fair number present. The evening opened with community 'Singing with Miss D. Tudehope at the piano, followed by a one-act play reading, 41 Haste To The Wedding,” produced by Mr Jack Brittain. Those taking part were Misses Alison Mills, Nancy Wing, Mavis Rye, Jean Bain, Margaret Marcroft, Mr S. Reid and Mr W. Pulman. The reading was much enjoyed.
