AMAZING RESULTS AGED INDIAN’S PROGRESS (From a Correspondent.) LONDON, .Tan. 30 Astonishing success Is said to he attending the efforts of the Pandit Malaviya head of the Indian Congress, who is 77, to become young again. Although the report that he Is cutting a new set of teeth may be discounted, says the Calcutta correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph,” the pandit is making “amazing progress.” He is undergoing secret rejuvenation treatment in a specially-heated but unlighted and unventilated chamber on the banks of the Ganges at Allahabad. His “physician” Is Sadhu Tapasi JI, reputed to be 172 years of age. Although the treatment lias lasted only half of the allotted period of six weeks, Malaviya has lost his wrinkles and is able to discard spectacles and read by a wick lamb. Tapasi says that Malaviya will come out 20 years younger, his white hair regaining its blackness, and that he will possess his original vitality. Malaviya's only nourishment is hot, water mixed with milk from a black cow. and he takes a rejuvenation mediciune prepared from herbs each day in a forest 30 miles away.
