PLAN TO SOVIETiSE ENGLAND. DESTROY PRESENT SYSTEM. RED ARMY AND NAVY. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright*. RIGA, April 29. Although the relations between Russia and Britain are becoming increasingly cordial the Third (Communist) International has published* a “programme for Sovietising England." This declares that life in England is unbearable and that the masses, guided -by the British section of the International, must seriously embark upon a campaign to destroy the present system. “When the armed forces are disbanded,” says the publication, “the English Soviets will stand before the world with clean bands and will toe able to build up a Red Army and Navy and Red tribunals. “Dne of the first measures will be to dissolve the Empire and cancel all Government and private loans and investments In India, the Dominions and the colonies, thus freeing them from burdensome tribute to Britain. Soldiers and officials will withdraw from ■lndia and Ireland and enable them to form, their own Soviets."
