Copyrig&t (Received 'Dec- 3, 11.15 a.m.) ATHENS, Dec. 2. ■Floods due to a week’s rain drowned eighteen people including travellers on a crowded lorry, which was swept away by flood waters. The main bridge over the Cephissus connecting Athens with Phalenum was destroyed and houses demolished. Gold increases the sufferings of vic-tims. The Government is giving every assistance.
