The leaders In all parts of Bengal, of every section of the community and also every shade of political thought have decided to offer wholehearted co-operation with the Government in eradicating terrorism in the province. A conference decided that what is most urgently needed was the organisation of a systematic publicity propaganda on a wide scale lo overcome misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the Government’s policy, ensuring healthy contact between Government and people.
