GIFT PARTY.
FOR MISS NELL PITTAR. A very jolly party was given by Miss Cecille Chitty on Thursday evening In honour of Miss Nell Pittar, whoso marriage to Mr Ray Frazer will soon take place. Gifts far the kitchen were brought by the guests and bridge and Mail Jongg were played, the prize-winners being Mrs J. D. Smith and Miss Betty Manning. Alias Pittar was wearing a frock of cigar brown georgette, Mrs Vere Chitty wearing flowered chiffons and Miss Chitty cameo pink moire taffetas and ring velvet. Those present were:—Afesdames J. D. Smith, R. B. Cranwell, Lance Tompkins, Allan Bremner, Colin Taylor, Wynne Gray, D’Arcy Smith, E. Gammer, F. Beohan, A. Sims, L. Day, J. A. Claehan, Rupert Worley, Misses N T eH Pittar, Yal Watts, Ethel Upton, Emma Griffith, Rabbins, Betty and Joyce Manning; Dell Yule, Ethel Seavill, Alay Ross, Fran Jolly, G. Wyatt, Alary Beale and Alisa Wilson.
