THE LINDBERGHS.
ROUSING WELCOME. AN UNEVENTFUL VOYAGE. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. NATAL (Brazil), Dec. 6. Colonel and Mrs Lindbergh w-ere accorded a rousing welcome as they descended in the harbour. A half holiday was declared in the city and crowds of-people swarmed the banks of the Potengy River, where it sweeps into the ocean, and watched and cheered the landing. Colonel Lindbergh revealed the fact that he and his wife exchanged positions at the controls and radio. He did most of the piloting. They were in constant wireless communication with the land, and the crossing was uneventful.
Officials in Natal had expected tho fliers to make slightly better time, but regard the flight as satisfactory considering the winds. The Lindberghs are the guests- of the American Consul. They have not announced their next destination.
