Responsibility for defalcations amounting to £685 Is 4d was admitted In the Magistrate’s Court by Harold Percy Campbell (22), who was charged with theft as a servant from the Phoenix Assurance Company. lie was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was allowed in self £l5O. Campbell was a cashier.
