OVERWORKED ON FARM.
'(To the Editor.) Sir, —The above heading to the Liddington case, to my mind, was misleading, and I am sure if the Coroner had known of the good work done by the Liddington family he would have taken another view of the sad affair. The children's grandmother had charge of the house and care of her daughter-in-law, and who would say there was a kinder and more capable person than she? The late Mrs Liddington had only ibeen four times in the cowshed in the last six months, and it was at her own wish that she did so, and at no time before or after her Illness did she do heavy work. When a cloud appears over anyone many try to make it as black as possible instead of painting it with sunshine. —I am, eto., R. SANDERSON. Te Kowhal, October 24, 1932.
