N.Z.’s CONGRATULATIONS. LOYALTY AND AFFECTION. AUCKLAND, Friday. The following cablegram has been despatched by the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, to the King on the occasion of Hts Majesty’s birthday:— “I desire to tender to Your Majesty on the occasion of your toithday the loyal and affectionate good wishes of Your Majesty’s Government and people of New Zealand, and to convey to you an assurance of their constant and unflagging devotion to Your Majesty and the Throne.”
