ALLEGED INCITEMENT.
LABOUR LEADER CHARGED. REMANDED TO FRIDAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Herbert Edwin Barnsley, wellknown in Christchurch as a leader in unemployed demonstrations, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning on two charges of inciting lawlessness. The charges related to Saturday and Sunday last. Acused was remanded until Friday. Bail was fixed at £IOO.
