LAW SOCIETY’S PLEA.
REMOVED TO COURT OF APPEAL. (By Telegraph.—cress Association.) BLENHEIM, Friday. An -application was made to Mr Justice Ostler by tho Law Society today for a rule nisi ag.rinst Clajul Houghton Mills, under the Law Practitioners’ Act. His Honour made an order removing the motion into the Court of Appeal, and suspended Mills from practice pending the disposal of the motion.
The grounds for the -application are alleged irregularities under the Law Practitioners’ Act.
