TO BE PROSECUTED. ALLEGED BREACHES OF ACT. AUCKLAND, Thursday. A decision by the Crown Solicitor to prosecute George Nicholas Jensen, sawmill manager, of Henderson, for alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act was announced to an adjourned meeting of Jensen’s oreditors yesterday. The acting-assignee reported that certain features of the bankruptcy were considered bad. It was alleged that Jensen had incurred several debts without disclosing the fact that he was an undischarged bankrupt.
