YOUNG MAN DROWNED.
THROUGH CAPSIZE OF BOAT. COMPANION GETS ASHORE. (By Telegrapn.—Press Association.) TAUMARUNUI, Monday. Yesterday, at Aukopae, a boat in which Donald Alfred Halcrow, aged 25 years, and William James Applely were crossing the Wanganui river capsized. Applely got ashore, but Halcrow was not seen again. Halcrow is married, with two children.
