Small pieces of smoked salmon, cut wedge shape and placed on a piepe of bread the same size. Sardines, laid on each side, garnished with bits of lemon. , .. Thin pieces of pate on lettuces with bits of smoked salmon. Mussels in white sauce. Sliced, hard-boiled eggs garnished with bits of tomato and cavaire. .
