FASHIONS GO DOTTY.
The frock that is dotted is a safe and chic selection for all occasions this season, according to Lillian Roth, who is appearing in Paramount’s production, “ Sea Legs,” which stars Jack Oakie- ■ In this picture Miss Roth wears an afternoon frock of white chiffon which is smartly dotted with green. Bands of the emerald bind the tiers of the pleated skirt 'and bertha, and clever accessories of elbow length white kid gloves, white fox fur and green and white felt hat are also introduced.
