MORRINSVILLE CHAMPIONSHIP. In the final game for the Morrinsville A grade championship for Mrs Hawkins silver cup, between Mrs P. S. Philpott and Mrs A. Meharry, the former won after a close and exciting contest, the scores being 26 to 22. This is the second year that Mrs Philpott has won the trophy, so that it becomes her own property.
