A NEW COMPANY. j REGISTERED CAPITAL £250,000. The’ prospectus of a new company, the Waikato Finance Company, Limited, lias been announced. The registered capital of the* venture is £250,000, divided into 100,000 cumulative preference shares of £1 each, and 150,000 ordinary shares of £1 each, which arc now offered for public subscription. The objects of the company are to carry on a business of a loan, mortgage and finance company in all its branches, it being the intention of the promoters to establish an organisation to supplement the present banking facilities for the promotion of different undertakings. The first directors are Messrs Frank Vickery, motor importer, of Hamilton; Norman James Holden, agent, of Hamilton; David Andrews, builder, of Hamilton; Edward James Tidd, merchant, of Hamilton; and Walter Cooper-Smith, farmer, of Tuhikaramea.
