THE ANNUAL MEETING. ELECTION OP OFFICERS. ' At the annual meeting of the Cambridge Orphans’ Club the president (Bro. D. J. Lundon) presided over about 20 members and friends. The report and balance sheet were read and adopted. The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr D. Stewart Reid, M.P.; presidefit. Rev. Lionel Ilarvie; vicepresidents, Bros, Andrew, Wilkinson, C. Watt, S. Lewis, W. Wealhercll, and T. F. Richards; secretary and treasurer, Bro. T. Hampshire; chief steward, Bro. W. Muller; assistant stewards Bros. Arnold, Bray and Waghornc; committee, Bros. Muller, Atkinson, Hugh Ferguson, Thornlcy, Altwood, liinsley, A. D. Sayers, F. J. Weathered; auditor, Bro. W. Wilkinson; programme committee, Bros. White, Hampshire and Weathered; musical director, Bro. W. Weathered; hon. pianists, Bros A. 0. Boyce, G. Harbutt, and T. 11. Hampshire; tylcr, Bro A. Attwood. The subscription was fixed at £1 10s with a rebate of 2s 6d if paid by the third meeting; visitors’ subscription 3s. It was resolved to open the session on Thursday, May 10.
