NAPIER, Tuesday,

Loo Kee and Lim Kee were fined £SO each in the Court this morning for being in possession of opium suitable for smoking. The former was also fined £lO for smoking opium. Defendants tried to bribe two constables by offering up to £l3O to drop the matter.
