NEW ZEALANDER'S SUGGESTION. ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL CAMPS (United Press Association.) PERTH, Nov. 9. At an informal consultation with tha Overseas Settlement Committee, Mr Bernard Tripp, of Canterbury, New Zealand, suggested the establishment in \uslralia and New Zealand of training camps for migrants. It is useless Mr Tripp contended, to ask Britain for trained farm labourers and domestics, because she not sufficient to meet her own needs. Established training camps would speed up migration and the camps would act as labour bureaux.
