The district prosecuting office at Loi Angeles has announced that there la no foundation for the widespread report that the prosecutor, Mr J. M. Keys, will subpoena Mrs Kenneth Ormiston as a witness at the trial of Mrs Aimec Semple MePherson, the evangelist charged with conspiracy. Mrs Ormiston is witli her parents in Australia. Ormiston, who is still a fugitive from justice, is considered the principal witness.
