OTTAWA, January 28

Mr Earnest Lapoinle, Acting-Leader of the Government, announced in the House of Commons to-day that in order to effect a reorganisation of the Government, an adjournment of the House for six weeks would be asked for after the close of the debate on the Address-in-Reply.
