GERMANY AND ALLIES.

FRENCH ALLEGATIONS.

DEBATE IN REICHSTAG. BITTER NATIONALIST CRY. (Router.) 'BERLIN, January 27. In opening a debate on the Government's programme in the Reichstag, Herr Fahrcnbach, a member of the Centre Parly, and Herr Mueller, a Socialist, said they, approved the programme.

Herr Mueller demanded that Germany should enter the League of Nations without delay and unconditionally. He agreed with the view of the other parties that promises made to Germany had not been fulfilled, but declared that the opposition to their fulfilment had not come from statesmen, but from military quarters in llie Entente owing to the sword-rattling German Nationalist press. Count Wcslarp, leader of the German Nationalists, bitterly criticised the policy of Herr Strcsemann, Foreign Minister. He remarked that the iinpossibilty of carrying out the Dawes plan was now generally recognised.
