(By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Friday.

In the Police Court, Victor John McDuff, whose car collided with and completely wrecked part of the safety zone in Queen Street, was sentenced to 21 day's imprisonment on a charge of driving while intoxicated, this being his third offence. His license was cancelled for two years.
