Father Basil Sletsuk, Pastor of the Great St. Nicholas' Greek Catholic Church, one of the show edifices of Chicago, was murdered in the confessional by a heavily.veiled woman who entered the Church and asked the way to the confessional. A moment later three shots startled the crowded Church, and Sletsuk staggered forth crying, "My God, I am dying." He died on the way to the hospital. The woman, who was captured, is named Strunsky, and is believed to be mentally unbalanced.
