DESIRE FOR CO-OPERATION. IN THE PURSUIT OF PEACE. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Assn. (Received October 5, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 4. In an interview by the Central News, M. ■Rakavosky expressed the Soviet's earnest desire to work with Britaih in the establishment of international world peace and the economic reconstruction of Europe. To achieve this end there must be co-operation between the two countries and a perfecl understanding in diplomatic and economic matters.
