Mr .1 owe It, whose seat has disappeared, and others, contended that the basis of redistribution should be altered so that the number of seats increased with additional population, in lieu of the present scheme. Dumping exchange, duty amounting to 75 per cent ad valorem on German pianos has been gazetted and will apply from August 11.
