Copenhagen telegrams state that the French cquadron entered Reval harbour, and sent a detachment ashore, which seized" vast stores awaiting transport to the Bolsheviks in Russia. It is believed that another French squadron of light cruisers has gone to Kronstadt in order to assist the rebels against the Soviet. REVOLUTIONARY MANIFESTO. A FIGHT AGAINST TYRANNY.MORE TERRIBLE THAN DEATH. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 13, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, March 10. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin correspondent states that the Kronstadt revolutionaries have issued a manifesto, in which they say: "We are fighting for freedom of personality, which has been crushed by the Communists, against the violence of bureacracy and people's commissaries, also against the enslavement of the working classes by trades unions, and against the mass execution of peasants. Lastly, we are fighting for Russia. We have raised the banner of the third revolution, as life under the Communists is more terrible than death."
