OFFENSIVE URGED AGAINST ITALY TO FORESTALL ALLIES' COUNTER-EFFORT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) Received April 26, 12.5 a.m. AMSTERDAM, April 24. Austrian papers confirm the report that Austrian troops are in Belgium. The presence of Italian troops in Picardy is regarded as meaning that the Entente is preparing for a supreme counter-effort. Critics urge an immediate Austrian offensive against Italy.
