ANOTHER STEAMER TORPEDOED. Received May 30, 11.30 a.m. LONDON, May 29. The Sunderland steamer Spenny Moor was submarined off Devonshire, and the captain and five of the crew drowned. Two submarines chased the Argyllshire. Received -May 30, 3.30 p.m. LONDON, May 30. Submarine 124 torpedoed and sank the Elder Dempster steamer Athiope near Lands End. The crew took to the boats, one of which lias been picked up.
