(BY KLKCriIIO TGr.KCHAI'H—COPYRIGHT). Loxuox, May 14. The steamer City of Hamburg collided with, and sank the steamer, Countess Evelyn, off' Lundy Island, in tho mouth of the Bristol Channel.

Eight passengers and 10 of the crew of the Countess Evelyn were drowned.
