ST. MARY’S CHURCH.

The annual meeting of parishioners of St, Mary’s Anglican Church was held on Thursday evening, there being a moderate attendance. The Rev. H. Mr H. J. Walden, Treasurer, then presented the balance-sheet, which showed a substantial credit.—Tire Vicar, in moving' its adoption, said it was very gratifying to -have such a good credit balance. The same healthy state also existed at Orepuki and Tuataipere.:—Mr T. J. Price, in seconding the motion, said the financial success of the church was, due to the untiring efforts of the ladies.—The motion was carried unanimously.
