THE TIKOKINO BRANCH. MONTHLY MEETING HELD. The August meeting of the Tikokino branch of the Women’s Institute took place on Wednesday, the president, Mrs Eddy, presiding over a large attendance of members. After she had ably delivered her report she was accorded a hearty vote of thanks by those present. The remainder- of the afternoon was spent in a demonstration by Mrs Hanna, of wool quiltxmaking, at the conclusion of which Mrs. Eddy expressed the appreciation of the members for Mrs Hanna’s interesting demonstration.
