COLLISON’S PROPOSAL
DOUBLE ATLANTIC FLIGHT MARRIAGE IN TEN DAYS By Telegraph—Copyright —Press As. LONDON, May 11. The “ Daily Express” states that Mollison, at the end of June, will undertake the most hazardous air journey ever planned, namely, the double crossing of the Atantic: He will first fly from Dublin to New York and then from New York to Croydon, both flights being non-stop doing 6300 miles in 24 days. He intends to fly solo, though he is expected to marry Miss Amy Johnson before tne Atlantic attempt. He will use an English aeroplane and engine. Another message states that Mollison and Miss Johnson will be married in London within ten days.
