SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS IN THE TOWN OF WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND. UNDER authority of an Act, Session 111, No. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wellington ' entituled " Harbor Reserve," and of an Act, Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Counoil, entituled "Harbor Reserves Amendment," —Notice is hereby given that tlie following Allotments of Land, situated iv tbe 1 own of Wellington, will be offered for sale at Public Auction, at tbe Office of ihe I'revincinl Treasury, at. Welliugtou, ou Wbd- ' nesday, the 2oth day of February, 1863, at One o'clock, p.m., at the upset prices affixed in the sub-. joined Schedule. Immediate payment iv cash of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be the conditoh of any such , sate by auction, and tbe remaining nine-tenths of the purchaße-money must be paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after the time of . ' such sale by auction, or the one-tenth of the purchase money which has been deposited will be fotfeited, and the original contract for the sale of the land will thenceforward be null and veid. : The Government' reserves to itself the right of, •I' at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of -„ auy of the allotments.
