No Cattle intended for slaughter shall he driven through or in the Town of Wellington between the hours of Nine in tbe morning aud six in the evening, between the 31st day of March and the lst day of September, or between the hours of Eight in the morning and Nine in the evening between the 31st day of August and lst day of April, and every person so driving cattle intended for slaughter between the prohibited hours shall pay a penalty of one pound per bead for every head of Cattle so driven. Every owner failing to comply with the provisions of this clause shall be liable to a Penalty not exceeding 40s. PROCLAMATION.
