[BEFORE ROBERT IIART, ESQ., THE JUDGE.] Wednesday, 20th March, 1861. Barry v Bryce, — This suit was brought to recover the amount of a bill delivered for boavel and lodging. The Defendant did not appear. Judgment for plaintiff for £23 10s. Bd. Stockbridge v Mason. — Mr. Izard appeared as Counsell for the pluiji tiff. The defendant did not appear. Mr. Izard proved his case. Judgment for plaintiff for £40 16s. sd.
