Monday, ISth March, 1861. BEFORE ROBERT R. STRANG, ESQ,, J.P., AND O. MOORE, ESQ., J.P. Rotermund v Flyger. — (Adjourned case.) Debt £2 9s. 6d. Judgment for amount and , costs. Anderson v Mason.— Debt £2 12s. 1-Jd. Judgment by consent for amount. Taylor v Chew. — An action to recover the sum of £20 for cash leut. Mr. Izard appeared as counsel for plaintiff. After a long examination Judgment was given for £9 and costs. Teal v Mansill. — An action for wages to recover the sum of £l. Plaintiff was unable to prove his case. Judgment for defendant. Bradey t Mansill. — An action for assault. Charge withdrawn upon defendant making au apology. Hunt v Vile. — An information was filed in this case. for the support of an infant child, alleged to be the child of defendant. Summons not served. It appeared from the evidence that the parlies were neighbours,and that complainant wished to pass thro' defendent's land, which' he held, complainant had no right, and that having committed an assault the Bench was compelled to inflict a fine of os. and costs.
