WAIHI POLICE COURT
INTOXICATED IN CHARGE OF MOTOR-CAR TWO OTHER INEBRIATES For being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car on the WaihiPaeroa main highway on Saturday. Kenneth Maclachlan, aged 19, was fined £2 by Messrs P. G. Brady and J. Whitehead, J’s.P.,' in the Waihi Magistrate’s Court yesterday. He was also ordered to pay £1 Is medical fee and 10s car hire.
Charles George, aged 53, admitted a second offence of drunkenness within six months. He was fined £l. On Saturday morning Mr W. M. Wallnutt, J.P., convicted and discharged a statutory first offender for drunkenness. The man had spent the night in the cells.
