The Daily Chronicle learns that 'the Bolsheviks, after receiving the Allied Note—which stated that the resumption oi' commercial* (and probably political) , relations would lie depond'Mt on an immediate armistice to* Poland, that tho Powers thereai'ter will fix a frontier in the agreement with Moscow, and that in the event of re.'mul the Allies, would send help to Poland—decided to continue the campaign against Poland. Helsingfors telegrams report that General- WrangeJis successes continue. General Kupcttov executed a vigorous offensive in the rear of the Red army, forcing the Bolshevik* to faH back a considerable, distance, Kub.in taking prisoner 10,000 and capturing 50 Bolshevik guns. General Wrangel's right wing is now operating at Toganrog, threatening the coal district of Benetz. A Spa message stater, that Geiuiral Grabski ordered the Polish military commanders to negotiate for an armistice at the earliest possible moment. Warsaw advices report that 300,000 Polish volunteers have enlisted in the past two days.
