■ By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, this day. No less than £116,031 has been m'lottcd for the erection of business premises ; n Auckland since the beginning of the year. During tho same 525 'dwellings, aggregating £250,000 liavo been erected or started in the city and
suburbs. Tho public buildings in course of erection or authorised represent a further expenditure of £276,040. A careful' calculation show's that if tins state of things continues for the next twelve months, between two and a-half and three millions sterling will be spoilt in Auckland by the end of 1910.
