SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. •- (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Not. 2. In the House of Representatives this afternoon the Premier said, in the course of a statement, that there had been some anxiety as to the supply of shipping space for cheese. On this point he had received a cable from the High Commissioner, which was satisfactory so far as it went, and was as follows: With reference to your cable of 22nd October, the Ministry of Pood states that the . Wellington Shipping Committee has been informed that they may provide 500,000 cubic feet of space monthly for cheese after completion of the shipment s ;Pf Government cheese, (Signed) Alien.’ Continuing, his statement, Mr Massey said 500,000 cubic feet would amount approximately to 100,000 crates. The balance of the Imperial Government cheese wag being shipped on s.s. Corinthic, loading in Welington this week. The allotment of apace for 100,000 crates of free ejieege would be made on November steamers. The stock of new- season's cheese in cold storage in New Zealand on 26th October, w.as approximately 99,000 crates. • t
