SUPREME COURT

(Per United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, August 26. At tho Supreme Court to-day James Taylor Brass and Thomas White were acquitted of a charge of cattle-steal-ing and receiving. Mr Justice Sim, in summing up, said it was a case of disputed ownership, and should not have been brought to a criminal court.
