The death occurred at Wellington of Mrs A. Knowles-Smith, wife of the Rev. G. Knowles-Smith. The deceased was 50 years of age. ’ The numerous friends of Mrs Lon Watkin will learn with sincere regret that she has been compelled to undergo a serious operation, though latest reports are that the patient is making as satisfactory progress as can be expected. Mrs Watkin is at Nurse Gordon’s Hospital.
