BOXING.
CARPENTIER TO MEET _ LEV IN SKY. NEW YORK, August 20. _ It is announced that Carpentier will box Levinsky here on the 12th October, fifteen rounds. Both fighters must weigh in at 175 pounds three hours before the bout, which will decide the world's light heavy weight championship. It is understood that Carpentier will leave France for the United States on October 4th. Both men will train in the vicinity of Now York.
