Queenstown, vigorously condemning the English Government's treatment of Archbishop Manuix. “A son and a priest of this diocese is not allowed to set foot on his native soil as though fee was an outlawed criminal, because of his outspoken criticism of the English Government in its dealings with Ireland and his plain and fearless exposition of the rights of his native country to freedom.”
